Omegas are rare.

So rare that, until recently, few have been seen--despite the government's claims that every omega registered is matched with an alpha mate and settled somewhere to have a family.

Where are these omegas? Why can't their families get answers to their questions?

Six years ago, Elliott and six other adolescent omegas were kidnapped from their homes by a group of betas intent on trafficking them to alphas. The omegas were rescued by the Society of Omega Safety before that could happen. Elliott had been singled out and mistreated by his captors, leaving him struggling with a fear of alphas.

Because this fear left him with no interest in mating an alpha and starting a family, Elliott believes he's the perfect candidate to infiltrate the government omega program and gather evidence that the people involved are exterminating omegas rather than helping them. His plan: to turn himself in as an unregistered omega, find the evidence the SOS needs to shut down the program, and then....well, whatever happens to him after that doesn't matter.

Jet, Elliott's special ops alpha assigned by the SOS to keep him safe, has his own reasons for wanting to expose the government program, but he refuses to allow Elliott to sacrifice himself for the cause.

Why his feelings on the matter are so strong, he doesn't know--what he does know is he'll bring Elliott back home safe or die trying.
